Study On The Process And Relation Between The Economic Development And The Environment Evolvement Of Beijing

Since the 90s, Beijing has entered into the fastest period on the economic development and industrialization, but at the same time, she met the serious environment problem, however, nobody researched the relation between the economic development and environment by demonstration. In this paper, the writer proposes the solution on realizing a harmonious relation of the two parties by analyzing the key factors effected environment when economic growth.By adopting the methods of demonstration analysis, statistic analysis and analysis of correlation, the writer got the following researches and results:There are closed relation between the atmosphere pollution and economic development in Beijing. At the early stage of economic development, water and atmosphere pollution worsen, but the pollution degree will lighten along with income growth.Waste, COx and NOx will become worse along with economic development. The reasons are, a) Exhaust emission produced by various transportation tools and equipment fueled petroleum will worsen the atmosphere. b) Various solid wastes will increase double because of raised life-level.In this paper, discovering the rules, finding the problems and proposing solutions are innovations presented as, the writer points the relation of the two parties by demonstration analysis, which nobody used before. From aspect of Economics, the writer discovers the rules between economic development and environment, and find the relations through analyzing near 10 years'economic growth, industry structure transfer and environment quality change.By analyzing the relation between economic development and environment quality of Beijing, the writer also propose some strategic ideas and innovative policies.
