The Regulation-based Management To Against Knowledge Worker's Turnover Of A Company

This paper firstly introduces the concepts of the Knowledge economy and the Knowledge Worker, listing the characteristics of Knowledge Workers, Following that, it introduces the relationship between regulation-based management and human-based management and analyzes the reasons why the Knowledge worker turns over from their enterprises so often. In the end, puts forward several strategies and measures based on enterprise regulations to reduce the ratio of Knowledge Workers'turnover.
