The dissertation is funded by the Social Science Foundation of China (No.02JY041) .With the rapid development of knowledge economy, knowledge worker, as the carrier of knowledge, are the primary origin of the competitive advantages of enterprises. Therefore, they become the targets many enterprises fight for, which offers the demand and possibility for the flow of knowledge. In addition, due to their pursuits of careers and diversified choices and the development of economic globalization, it is a great characteristic of talent flow that knowledge worker flow more and more frequently nowadays. High employee turnover brings risk to the enterprise. Therefore it is necessary to research the problem of knowledge worker turnover in New High-tech Enterprise from the perspective of risk management.Basing on the defining knowledge worker turnover risk in New High-tech Enterprise, the dissertation summarizes the domestic and abroad theories about the methods of the early warning of knowledge worker turnover risk in New High-tech Enterprise, sets up the early-warning model of knowledge worker turnover risk in New High-tech Enterprise. The dissertation implements the risk early-warning model with SAS Analysis and neural network toolbox of MATLAB, and applies the model to actual data finally. This paper mainly includes:(1) The analysis of knowledge worker turnover risk in New High-tech Enterprise,it introduces the related concepts,the status of employee turnover in New High-tech Enterprise,the hazard of employee turnover risk to New High-tech Enterprise and the causes of the risk of employee turnover. (2) The theoretical analysis of the early warning of employee turnover risk with BP artificial neural network, it introduces the reasons why it uses the method of BP ANN, the structure of the risk early-warning model, and the realization way of the model with MATLAB. (3) The construction and application of the risk early-warning model. The establishment, training and test of the BP model become this article's research emphases. Test result shows the model is feasible and valid. (4) Some countermeasure and advice aiming at preventing risks and supplying some methods and ideas for works.This dissertation summarizes the predecessors'researches, researches with qualitative and quantitative research methods, and enhances the practical effect of the early warning of knowledge worker turnover risk in New High-tech Enterprise.
