The Study On The Relation Between Governmental Interests And Public Interests In Urban Management

Along with the development of urbanization in our country, more and more people working in the local government pay attention to a new principle and mode in the management-urban management, and take it into the fulfillment. But, in the process of operating the city, we discover many problems on the cognition of the people working in the government and on the fulfillment of urban management, having a lot of unharmonious phenomena, affecting the development of harmonious society. In this paper, I analyze the motive of the people's behavior from the interest, pointing out the clash on governmental interests and public interests is the basic reason. People working in the government must realize the harmonious relation between governmental interests and public interests and guarantee the harmonious development of governmental interests and public interests to avoid the unharmonious phenomena and guarantee the development of harmonious society.This paper has six sections. The first section is the introduction of this paper. The second section introduces the harmonious society generally, including the conception and the characteristic of the harmonious society. The third section points out the conception of governmental interests and public interests in the public management and the urban management to make a conclusion that the relation between governmental interests and public interests is harmonious.
