With the development of world market and world economy, from 1980, the trend of globalization has been on the way. In the globalization, economic and trade connection between nations has been strengthened so greatly. National boundary is no longer an obstacle which restricted the development of economy in the past. Transnational firms, in some extend, developed the formation of such trend, while at the same time, international corporations got a great push that had never been seen before in this situation. The development of the international share division gave rise of the international corporations, it is the needs which the big enterprises use comparative advantages and acquire cheap resources and expand new products. It is also the consequence of scientific and technologic development, and social productive forces. It is the accumulation of production and capital. And it is a new form of the enterprise organization and economic globalization. It represents the developing direction of modern business and directly embodies the competitiveness of a nation. At present, international corporations have already been the main body of world economic activities; however, after China joined WTO in December 2001, our country would open more to overseas enterprises in many industries. Therefore, Chinese enterprises have to confront the pressure and challenges which come from the fierce competition not only in the domestic markets but also in the international markets. At this historical stage, it is very necessary to select and develop the international operation strategy. China should not drop out of the great trend of economy globalization, but should take part in the international share division very actively, attracts foreign capitals and develops international operation at the same time, makes full use of domestic and foreign market, in order to enhance the competitiveness of both China as a whole and the enterprises.
