| Management Pattern is not only an important guarantee for a smooth economic growth, but also an arena where fierce competitions go on between modern manufacturing enterprises. As a complex and dynamic system, management pattern affect the operation of an enterprise for a certain period, long or short. So we make an effort to design a self-organizing management system, which has the dynamic adaptability to internal and external environment, to ensure success for manufacturing enterprise in terms of organization structure, strategy, personnel and operation.However, management pattern for manufacturing enterprise is a complex system involving person, organization and resource, if we change it , we must know the major factors which have effects on it. This paper makes use of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to acquire the major factors that are enterprise's mission, technology status, organization structure and human resource, which can help us study the interrelationship between the factors and design a self-organizing management pattern for manufacturing enterprise.We regard management pattern for manufacturing enterprise as a self-organizing system, subsystems of it quickly adjust the changes through competition and coordination when sensing changes of external environment, which make the new management pattern can adapt the change of environment. So this paper based on the self-organizing theory, regards the major factors that have effects on the change of management pattern as subsystems, makes a self-organizing rule, establishes a self-organizing management pattern model for manufacturing enterprise,and then demonstrates the validity of it.Finally, this paper studies the conditions of establishing a self-organizing management pattern, and proposes the suggestions for our country's manufacturing enterprises to establish a self-organizing management pattern. |
