The Research On Finances In Real Estate Enterprises

The development of real estate industry is crucial to economy. With the enhancement of government's macro controls, especially the control on debt-credit business of banking industry and increase in interest rate, financing cost of real estate investment therefore increased, and the financing channels of the real estate greatly changed—development in diversity in the channels. The diversity of the financing channels in real estate enterprises, for reducing the financing risk of real estate, improves the efficiency of the capital, enhances the role of real estate as the function of the pillar industry in the economy, and this has many realistic meanings. This article pays attention to the present estate finance regulation measures, and gives a comprehensive argumentation on the finances of real estate. On the ground of overall analyses of the channels of financing at home as well as abroad, it gives a comprehensive theoretical research and practical argumentation on the financing of real estate enterprises, some of the propositions have been put in the thesis.
