Design Of NCD Based On Appraisal Of Advantage And Disadvantage

Recently, international insurance giants garrison into China insurance market one by one, the insurance competition of our country is becoming fiercer .The new pattern which the native and the foreign insurance companies compete together has taken shape gradually, Chinese insurance company pursues quality in the course of adjusting and seeks potentiality in moving ahead. At present, the primary problem facing to us is to accelerate the paces of products innovation, and to design the individualized products according with the consumers'demands.Products individualized need price individualized. NCD that the premium is discounted without claim and the premium is punished with claim is one way of the insurance company which attracts the customer and strengthens the fairness ,and also is one of the focal points that the theory circle and practice circle of the insurance.It is not only because NCD is the special system of the car insurance that accounts for about 60 percent of property insurance premium gains, but also the structure of car insurance premium under NCD is more excellent.Under this background, the article breaks through the defect that the theory carries severe appraisal on NCD only and appraises without system designing,and proposes that financial stability,fairness and recessiveness punishment are the indexes appraising the advantage and disadvantage of NCD, and designs a set of NCD based on the appraising of the advantage and disadvantage intactly and systematically.The paper first introduces NCD, explains the necessity of this system and its three important contents and then introduces detailedly the best NCD on the theory based on Bayes estimate,supplys the theorical foundation for the selection of the appraisal indexs.On this basis, the article analyzes the current NCD,especially in China, and appraises its advantage and disadvantage,gives the model for the design of NCD.
