The Humanity Assumption Of Management Science In The View Of Philosophy

Management is an important form of practice in social practical activity of human. Management has become the indispensable factor to harmonize all kinds of relationships, since human formed herd to realize the goal which individual can not to do. As the most important factor in management, the knowledge about humanity became very indispensable.Humanity assumptions are the knowledge about human in management science. People set up different humanity assumptions and treated them as justice and the starting point of the management theory. However, few people investigated whether these humanity assumptions oneself are defective. The paper thinks the humanity assumption is defective and management science should not regard it as starting point. The management practice should be the starting point of management theory.The paper uses the Marxist view of humanity and the Marxist epistemology to analyze the humanity assumptions. According to the Marxist view, the paper will point out the humanity assumption is defective and show that the management practice decide the inevitability of the management theory and provide the material term for it; the managrment practice is the forming path of the management theory and the objective contents, also is it`s examination standard . The management theory should look the management practice but not the humanity assumption as it`s starting point.
