The human resource is the most important resource in the enterprise and the most important eiement to acquire the competitive predominance. The effective performance management is the key link to improve the human diathesis and to realize the enterprise's objective. The performance management is the core of the human resource management.Nowadays many enterprises attach importance to the performance management, however the effect of the performance management is not obvious, and even to the opposite. The primary reason lies in that the relationship between the institutional management and the person-based management is not balanceable. The paper puts forward the view about the humanity of the performance management, pays attention to the balance between the institutional management and the person-based management, emphasizes the durative performance communication and effective prompting, and makes the enterprise and individuals progress and grow up by "four conductions" in the course of the performance managementThe paper is organized as follows:1. The paper puts forward the academic foundation to construct the mode of the humanity of the performance management on the base of the concept of the humanity of the performance management. It mainly includes philosophy originate, the development of management science and the influences of traditional culture.2. After the problems on the field of the performance management existed in the enterprises are analyzed, the paper analyses the values of the humanity of the performance management.3. The humanity mode of the performance management is constructed. That is "one core, two principles and four conductions". The core of the humanity of the performance management is the balance between the institutional management and the person-based management. The principles of the humanity of the performance management are the durative performance communication and effective prompting. Four conductions is an effective way to actualize the humanity of the performance management.4. The paper analyses the example of Motolora how to actualize the humanity of the performance management. It explains the mode of the humanity of the performance management is successfully applied in the practical performance management.
