| In the management process, managers holding different assumption of human nature will adopt different management manner. Western managements researched Human Nature Hypothesis, and formed economic man,social man,self-realization of people,complex people and other theories. China scholars proposed H Humanity Hypothesis and it plays an important role in motivating. But, in the development process, staff motivation had been the concern of business in the hotel industry. Analysis of staff motivation using Theory of H Human Hypothesis is an effective way to improve staff motivation and development.A hotel is a four star hotel, setting as accommodation, catering, business, conference, leisure, fitness, entertainment and other projects as one. I had studied the hotel, I tried to solve the problem with the high turnover rate and low satisfaction. I started from H Human Hypothesis Theory, and described the theory of H Human Hypothesis and motivation theory. On the basis of analyzing the situation and problems of the hotel, I studied needs of staff, and according to questionnaire results I used H Humanity Hypothesis Theory and created a series of incentive system. These systems included Salary system,Training system and Career Development system.In the thesis, I use manner of literature review and empirical analysis. I introduce H Humanity Hypothesis through literature analysis. I investigate the needs of the hotel by empirical analysis. This article provides a new idea that hotel can create incentive system from the point of view H Humanity Hypothesis. It is a reference to A hotel and hotel-like. It is also important for hotel development in china. |
