On the basis of this theory, the paper researches into the industrial cluster and industrial cluster competition of LiaoNing' iron and steel industry. From one respect, it judges whether or not LiaoNing' iron and steel industry is up to industrial cluster. On the other respect, it summarizes the distribution and characters of LiaoNing' iron and steel industry though depicting the distribution of LiaoNing'iron and steel enterprises and measuring the concentration ration.By demonstration and analysis, comparative law, element analysis, the paper makes a further study of LiaoNing's industrial cluster competition.
