Academic theory pays more attention to those logistic giant, the theory for those problems faced by Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) are relatively lag behind, it is high time to optimize the logistic of SME.We begin by analyzing the present situation of the development and management status in logistics, and the characteristic and existing problem of logistic in SME, and we analyze the advantage and disadvantage of the third party logistics. Then raise the point that by the way of faithful cooperation between SME and the third party logistics, establish the win-win logistic union around the nucleus of third party logistics. SME could make use of social logistic resources to reduce the investment on logistic, and gain the scale efficiency to optimize the logistic of SME.Then by the grouping of SME, the SME formed an enterprise union, a fictitious enterprise group. Conform the logistic resource, and settle the scattering, small and in-consistencies of SME. By grouping strategy, SME optimize their logistic.Finally, we could find the core reason of optimizing logistic of SME, i.e. internal management. At present SME should make use of the social resource and develop its own capability as well.
