The author study the status of performance management of SZ Telecom grass roots,and put forward advices to improve performance management.The study applies the theories and methods of Organizational Behavior, HR Management,Management psychology, Performance Management, Marketing Research, Statistics, Project management synthetically.The paper includes 7 parts.Part 1 is the preface,which introduces theory progress about performance management around the world and background,objects ,meaning and thread of this study.Part 2 introduces the theories and methods of performance management,especially introduces PM cicle and methods and technologes applied in PM cicle.Part 3 introduces the background,history,policy and rules of PM in SZ Telecom.Part 4 introduces the plan(which include investating programming and questionnaires) and execution of this investagion project.Part 5 is about status analysis, which gives out the conclusion of PM status through quantitative and qualitative research. Part 6 is about countermeasu analysis.It put forward advices and executing schedule for advices through "Brain Storm" process.The last past is the summary of this study.This paper is valuable to enterprises which plan to actualize or have actualized PM, and it is also helpful to companies and people who deal with management diagnosing and consultaion.
