In the intensive competitive modern society, an enterprise should adjust its inner organizational structure timely according to the outer environment and inner conditions, if it wants to survive and become stronger and bigger. The enterprise organization should not be rigescent and invariable but be able to adapt to changes at any moment, or else it will soon tend to aging and become weaker, even dead at the end. Therefore, it is one of the momentums of enterprise development to carry through organizational structure transform timing and effectively.TJ Group Ltd., which was at first a small factory that nearly went bankrupt because of severely losses, now has gradually become one of the 500 strongest enterprises in China. TJ Group has come through three fundamentally reforms during these years'development and big changes have taken place in the inner conditions, as well as the outer environment of the Group. A series of drugs production management measures, which are marked with GMP(Good Manufacturing Practice) and GSP(Good Supply Practice), have come on step by step and they make the development of medicine market competition more canonical and regular. However, with China entering into WTO, TJ Group would soon be confronted with intensive competition from the foreign industry. In this case, organizational structure, left behind from planned system, can adapt to the inner and outer conditions of the Group and the environment changes worse and worse. Since the group inside cannot form high efficient resource configuration mechanism, the big and all-around, small and all-around organizational structures have hampered reasonable flow and optimum combination of the interior manufacture momentums. It will make these already scarce resources not have centralized use and then block the advance of group competition and economy benefits, thus it is hard for the group to obtain scale economy effect. So it is necessary for TJ Group to carry through the transformation.In the interest of carrying through organizational structure reform of TJ Group, the first step is to guide with organizational structure design's common theories and at the same time combine with the facts of TJ Group. Only theories combining with facts can find the solution to problems with TJ Group's organizational structure. This paper starts with the analysis of problems with TJ Group's organizational structure in existence, and then adjusts completely to the Group's organizational structure from the form to contents, according to the facts of the Group. The reformed TJ Group has perfected corporation fathering structure. Its business-unit organizational structure fits the demands of company's development further, the management direction in the Group has relatively been centralized and already formed work dividing collaboration system with clearly speciality dividing and complementary speciality capability. The purpose is to make limited resources configure reasonably and successfully transform the extensive economic increasing mode into intensive economy, and finally gain scale economy benefits.The transformation of TJ Group's organizational structure, which is made to adapt to the outer environment and inner development of the corporation, however can only fit temporary situation. Along with the Group's further development and more grandness, the organizational structure should adjust accordingly. Thereby TJ Group's organizational structure should make advance with times and innovate constantly but not get it done once and for ever.
