Research On Performance Appriaisal System Based On EVA And Motivation System Of Telecom Operators

The Big Four of Chinese basic telecom operators all have been listed in domestic or foreign stock markets. The listing brings more financing as well as more restricts to the operators, who need to provide satisfactory rebound to their investors. Along with the opening of telecom market, Chinese operators are facing more challenge from international telecom magnates. Facing the severe competition in market and management requirements from investors, domestic operators have to change their operating mechanism, improve their productivity and raise their management level. When the market is fully opened, drain of talents will be more severe than loss in market share or profit. Therefore, the improvement of human resource management is the most urgent affair for domestic operators. Performance appraisal and motivation is the soul of human resource management. Chinese operators must learn from the advanced research results and practical experiences at home and abroad, in order to improve their performance appraisal and motivation system based on their own practice.This paper summaries the research orientations and fruits of domestic scholars in performance appraisal and motivation for telecom operators, and establishes its own research based on the insufficiency of current researches. The production of this paper mainly consists:1. Putting some key factors of investment management into the internal operating value chain of telecom operators, which connects factors of revenue end and cost end on the value chain; constructing a systematic and complete internal operating value chain based on EVA for the operators.
