Occurrence Of Negative Scientific Effects As Well It's Dealing

Since the 20th century, with the fast development of science and technology, science has brought man great deal of matter accomplishment, and sci-tech rationality has provided the only means to evaluate the world. However, almost at same time, a whole set of global problems, such as environments, recourse, war and polarization, are conspicuously appearing before the world. In fact, it seems like an unavoidable objective laws—the faster the development of science keeps, the worse the consequence of science is; Many scholars, home and abroad, have studied whether it is harmful or useful that we improve science from various perspectives, such as culture, ethics, economic and sci-tech, have gained same view on protecting environment and saving recourse. But, the issue is still a baffling one in course of civilization which almost defies answers because of old international order and different cultural tradition; Therefore, study on this problem is of vital importance.This paper tries to present that the study in the past, especially in west, neglected the biggest defect that they can't do research from the highest sense of science level, apart from neglecting old international order and different foundations of science. The current paper rethink the gain and loss of western study from the height of human civilization(the highest sense of science), and on the base of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper attempts to probe the dealing tactics of our country. We should exert to our superiority that our development can be kept pace with process of civilization well, and emphasize man' s development and regarded it as the core of our all work.
