Study On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In The Process Of Transformation Of China Society In The New Period

Worldwide are facing deteriorating ecological environment under the big background, our country’s ecological situation is also not optimistic. Our country’s problems of the environment are gradually appearing with the acceleration of social transformation,and it has been further highlighted in the wave of industrialization and urbanization.The current Chinese society is in a rapid period of social transformation and its breadth,depth and difficulty than ever before. According to the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,ecological civilization is not free from the economic and social exogenous variables,but throughout the endogenous variable of economic and social development process. So,investigating the interactive relationship from the society and the environment and discussing the problem in the process of social transformation of crack are of great important theoretical and practical significances.It is in this viewpoint that this article discusses China’s environmental problems.This article adheres to ethics education,philosophy,psychology,sociology,political science(public administration) a multidisciplinary combination of methods, such as economics and law,based on the integration of norms and empirical dimensions,with the combination of logic from time,not only detailed interpretation of relationship with the essence of ecological civilization of social transformation in the new period but also puts forward the solutions to solve the related issues on this basis.The problem of ecological civilization in China’s social transformation process will be researched systematically in this paper and much of the content includes the following.The first part mainly involves the paper’s reasons of the research and significance of the topic,summarized the process of social transformation in China,both inside and outside the present situation and the review of ecological civilization, narrate the paper’s research methods,frame structure,possible innovations and shortcomings.The second part discussed from the perspective of the analysis of the basic concept of ecological civilization and discussed ecological civilization’s connation and characteristics. It systematically combed the evolution of the development of human civilization on this basis. Finally draw the conclusion: the ecological civilization is the inevitable result of the evolution of human civilization development.The third part expounds the new period of social transformation and its basic theory of the transformation of Chinese society. And then analyzes the general relationship between the new period of Chinese social transformation and ecological civilization. It laid the theoretical foundation for the research of the whole text through expounding this relation theory.The fourth part illustrates the opportunity and difficulty which we will face in the process of our social transformation around the construction of ecological civilization in the new period. These achievements mainly include that energy conservation and emissions reduction produced results,bilateral and multilateral international ecological cooperation have constantly taken new strides, the development and application of green technology have achieved new breakthrough from time to time, great progress was made in biodiversity conservation. The article also carries on the induction of the difficulty which our country will face in ecological civilization construction in the process of social transformation in the new era. Including resources shortage has become increasingly serious, environmental pollution has been worsening, natural ecological destruction also has been increasingly intensified,etc. This article follows the dialectical analysis method to summarize the factors which have induced the ecological environment problems in the process of social transformation in the new period. These factors not only have its natural reason but also have its deep social reasons,and more performance for the social factors,and social reasons for the lack of institutional,alsoperformed for the idea of human cognitive limitations,etc.The fifth part mainly discusses the basic theory of China’s economic transformation in the new period. It contains the initial background, goal orientation,process and characteristics,etc of China’s economic transformation in the new period.On this basic, this part analyses the marketization of China’s economic transformation in the new period that bring double effect of ecological civilization construction.Positive effects include:the value orientation of high efficiency 、competition in the market for the(ecological) 、constantly improvement of the market laws and regulations provide assurance of regimen for the smooth establishment of ecological civilization,etc. The article also holds negative benefits of ecological civilization to the transformation of economic marketization at the same time. Including the environmental externalities、the timeliness of the ecological environment protection and opportunism tendency,and participation in the global competition under the condition of market economy in China brings to the construction of ecological civilization external challenges,etc.The sixth part focuses on the influence of ecological civilization construction of our country in Chinese political transition to the new period. In this section,the author firstly generalizes the related theory of political transformation,and then observes from the changing relationship between state and society,Universal government fission,the responsibility of the administrative responsibility to the administrative change,etc three perspectives. China’s political transformation in the new period which was discussed in detail the different influence on the ecological civilization in our country.The seventh part outlines the essence of Chinese culture transformation in the new period and its representation in contemporary China through reviewing the history of Chinese culture transformation,and analyzes the efforts of ecological civilization construction in our country because of the cultural transformation since the reform and opening up. The influence of the author of this paper mainly around the rise of consumerism culture, higher level of cultural awareness,the gradual formation of the concept of law and the spirit of contract culture.The eighth part mainly is based on the analysis of combs and elaborates the subject,principles,from the aspects of economic,political,cultural and social to integrate a series of discussion of the period of social transformation.
