Tourism product development must rely on resources and satisfy the need of market. We can not develop vibrate tourism product without a good mastery of the need and the trend of tourism market. As a new tourism form which integrates tourism with patriotism and revolutionary traditions education organically, we must put emphasis on the market as to keeping Red Tourism a continuing healthy development.By means of questionnaire and face-to-face interview, the sample investigation in this essay is a research on the existing and the potential market of Red Tourism. The author chose the Red Tourism market of Jiangxi province as the main investigation body in the existing market's features research, where you can find both rich Red Tourism resources and mature Red Tourism products. Based on the analysis of 2000 samples (The author also takes part in the sample Collecting Process) , and after a research on tourists behavioral characteristics and affected factors showed in Red Tourism area, this essay suggests the way of Red Tourism product development and market promotion according to these tourists behavioral characteristics. The author chose guest markets of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Nanchang city as investigation targets, analyzed consumer market's Indeed degrees,Consumer desire and so on.. Besides, this essay takes Jinggangshan red tourist area of Jiangxi province as a typical case which helps a lot in the research of Red Tourism market.According to the research on existing and potential market, domestic and international market, overall and individual market of Red Tourism, this essay constitutes a theoretical study system of Red tourism market features,that isprovides us with Red tourism depth development principles, strategies, methods and measures from the view of marketing, which completely match the market features of Red Tourism products. The author willing to enrich our country's Red Tourism theory after a study on Red Tourism's market features, which will help people foresee and guide the development of Red Tourism, and achieve the sustainable development of Red Tourism finally.
