| With the developing of science and technology, computer and internet technology being used broadly, products lifecycle are becoming shorter and shorter. As motor industry, more and more new style motors are manufactured every year. Customers' demands present various, then the competitions among enterprises are becoming more drastic. Even more, the competitions among single enterprise have transformed into new forms among supply chain. Based on the analysis of the new situation that SEM cooperation faces with, the thesis suggests that existed marketing process should be rethinking and reengineering by using reengineering theory. And some measure should be taken to challenge new marketing circumstance.First, it mainly describes base situation about SEM cooperation, and analyzes the operating circumstance around SEM by SWOT theory.Second, the thesis introduces BPR theory. And then, marketing process of SEM is diagnosed via analyzing marketing process and organization of SEM.Last, ways and means of marketing process reengineering is put forward, and some advice about the new model of marketing organization is put forward. |
