Different countries have different cultures. Therefore, multinational companies cannot avoid cross-cultural management issues. Successful multinational operations are based on the proper cross-cultural management that becomes more and more important nowadays. Due to tremendous cultural differences, managers must response to different cultures quickly and accurately in order to make companies accustomed to cultural diversities and to create their own competitive advantages.This thesis will first show some former models of cross-cultural management and illustrate what they have resolved, what they haven't and what this thesis will settle, then pose three different cultural correlative patterns from the view of geometrical logic, that is, cultural parallel/separation, cultural intersection/integration and cultural inclusion/cover, raise different cross-cultural solutions accordingly and explain different conditions applicable. In the end, this thesis will complement some other possible situations, indicate deficiencies and show the outlook of the research.Creative points:1,Cross-cultural solutions to three cultural correlative patterns (that is, cultural parallel/separation, cultural intersection/integration and cultural inclusion/cover);2,Two-dimensional (that is, corporate types and industries) cross-cultural conditions applicable;3,Specific analyses with cases of multinational companies in China and Chinese cross-cultural enterprises.
