Study And Practice On Patent Information Integrated Service

Along with the development of digital network environment, information integrated service has been a main trend of modern information services. In this dissertation, the concept of "information integrated service" is introduced to the practice of patent information services and the idea of "Patent Information Integrated Service (PIIS)", which focuses on improving the environment of patent information service, is presented based on comparing and analyzing study of modern patent information services at home and abroad. Also, the idea for constructing the Patent Information Integrated Service Platform of CAS is presented in this dissertation.With the development of modern information technology and information resources sharing, patents together with related information are organized and second developed. Thus an integrated environment of patent information service is generated and a series of services, such as resource navigation, patent retrieval, reference services, and document supply, are available to common users.This dissertation includes four sections. Section one defines the concept of patent information integrated service. Section two discusses some main issues relating to patent information integrated service. Section three discusses the idea of constructing the Patent Information Integrated Service Platform of CAS. Section four gives a conclusion of this dissertation.
