The development of information technology (IT) has greatly changed the technological and business environments of the manufacturing industry, which makes the value chain of the industry disassembled and reconstructed. Meanwhile, the global manufacturing industry increasingly develops in the whole world by the internet. Therefore, how to reconstruct their own value chains of China's manufacturing enterprises? How to manage the value chain to enhance the company's competence and strengthen the status of the company in the global manufacturing industry? All these problems have been the hot topics in the field of the value chain research.Along with the development of IT and its application in the manufacturing industry, IT has brought a lot of changes on the value chain.
