Under such a background, it is essential for commercial bank to introduce taxes planning to increase sustained competitive edge and foster key competitive power. They reach the common understanding that taxes planning should be seen as the critical part of an commercial bank's financial management .They wanted to get a set of effective and practicable project of taxes planning. Since the tax system of our commercial bank industry is deeply different from the counterpart of the developed country, the taxes planning system of developed country can't be used for our commercial bank directly. However, for the present time we can not find such an effective taxes planning system.In case of this, I try to find an useful method of taxes planning according to Chinese commercial bank's tax system and background through combining the theory research and the management practice of commercial bank, on the condition that it will help to achieve the company's strategic aim, so that the accountant can do it easily and can be controlled in time.
