The Research On Taxes Planning In Enterprises Financial Activities

Taxes planning become to be a topic on financial management research in China, which is an important part of business activities for enterprises and create a new area of enterprises financial activities. In the meantime, with the state-owned shareholding companies transforming its system, our government is reforming in financial system, aiming at setting up a mature capital market fordeveloping modern enterprise-------a grown financial and investmentenvironment. Facing this kind of reform, Chinese enterprises should take positive measures to dealing with challenges, connect Chinese capital market with taxes planning in financial activates.
