| Currently there are many methods of business structure appraisal, and different scholars have conducted business structure research from different angles. But so far, most of the appraisal methods remain in the appraisal towards single business only, furthermore, these methods conduct the analysis from the qualitative perspective. In addition, when conducting studies on business appraisal, few of the scholars at home and abroad correlate business with enterprise and business environment. With the development of the society, enterprise environment become more and more complex, and the competition become heated day after day, the single business appraisal method could not meet the need of policy-maker in the complex business environment. In the competitive environment, to make a proper policy, the policy-maker needs to consider not only business itself, but also business parent substance, the impacts that business external competitive elements and the strategic elements bring to the business. Therefore, business parent substance, business external competitive elements and the strategic elements are the key factors that affect business appraisal. Besides business itself, appraiser needs to consider the impact that these elements exert to business.Based on the business appraisal methods of various scholars at home and abroad, the present paper conducts qualitative analysis toward the compound of BCG and GE which were proposed by Professor Liang Gefu by utilizing the hiberarchy analysis approach. In the mean time, the author also analyzes the new form which the business structure will appear in the competitive and strategic environment. Furthermore, by using the methods of gray clustering and the SWOT respectively, this paper conducts qualitative analysis toward how to judge business type in the competitive and strategic environment. Last but not least, based on the above mention analysis, the author establishes a new appraisal system under the new situation. |
