In recent years, with the continuous rapid development of economy, our country's tourist industry also developed. As a result, tourist consumption increased and people's tourist idea became mature. Peoples, especially city residents who are in the tip of consumption tide, had a higher-grade tour requirement of "leisure vacation". They went through the initial phase that a tour was simply sightseeing, and they would never settle for a cursory and glancing tour, but a total relaxation and leisure of body and mind. Henceforth, leisure tour, which pays more attention to inner feeling of people and satisfies people's needs of mentality, spirit, and self-development, will absolutely be the trend of tourist industry. This will establish the foundation for timesharing to rise and develop in China.As a new-style tour product, timesharing has prevailed overseas for many years. However, it appeared in China only in the recent 10 years. It is still a new way of investment and the market shall be matured and standardized. At the same time, timesharing also has the problem of "Not acclimatized" like other "exotics". Through the research of rise and development of China's timesharing, and timesharing in foreign country, this article analyses the problem of our timesharing, and put forward some development ideas and countermeasure. Besides, this article also advances that the operator must promote the suitability between international operation pattern and vacationing idea, and consumption level and habit of Chinese people, so as to localize timesharing and make it become the new light of real estate industry and tourist industry of China.
