Research On Urban And Rural Coordinate Development And Government Impetus

This thesis is based on the theories and research on urban and rural relations at home and abroad. And the writer analyzed the present situation of urban andrural relations in Taizhou and the reasons for it by the means of investigating and making digital models in accordance with the governmental practice of coordinate urban and rural development carried out in foreign countries.Therefore, the factors of construction, system, policy and government efficiency estimating, which cause the differences in town and village residents' income, facility construction, social undertakings and regional coordination, is concluded.As a result, a general idea of promoting urban and rural development, as well as the four principia of programming guidance, innovation, combination of farand near, promoting by steps, are brought forward. At the mean time, the writeralso pointed out that governments should base on deepening rural complete set innovation, concentrate on breaking up the urban-rural construction, and establisha system for urban and rural areas to develop harmoniously. The theory of promoting citylyzation, organizing the rural public products supplying system,and building a whole managing system, is made clear in this thesis, which notonly serves as a guidance to Taizhou, but also gives reference to other economic developed areas in realizing urban and rural coordination, and social harmony.
