Research On The Method Of Centralized Procurement Managemengt And Collaboration And System Implementation

With the commerce globalization, the competition of the market become more and more fierce, enterprises face the pressure of shortening delivery time, increasing product quality, decreasing cost, improving service. In order to adapted to the new environment the enterprise changes at management mode and organization. The group companies become more common.Procurement management plays an important role in enterprise's management. However the new market environment and the changes of enterprise organization challenge the procurement management a lot. Due to the lack of advanced technology support and the disadvantage in itself, the decentralized procurement management mode doesn't accommodate to the group company's demand. Extensive attention is given to centralized procurement for its ideology specialization and collaboration and its advantage in resource conformity. The dissertation mainly works on the research of centralized procurement in the background of group companies.In chapter 2, firstly, an analysis to the disadvantages of the decentralized procurement management mode was taken, and the centralized procurement management mode based on decision center was recommended. Meanwhile, the organization model and management concept model was given. Secondly, a mathematics model was found to study the transshipment impact on the service level of the group company's distributed inventories system.In chapter 3, a model of united procurement and transshipment under the distributed inventory system was ser up, and a solution using genetic algorithm to the model was given. At the end of this chapter an example was represented and solved, and via the study of the numerical result we can observe the advantages of centralized procurement with transshipment.In the end of this thesis, the design and implementation of the system has been expatiated.
