| In near these decades, industrial cluster has become the focus studied both at home and abroad, but the problem of technological development in industrial clusters is still lack systematic research at present. In practice, the problem of technological development in industrial clusters has seriously restrained industrial clusters of our country from upgrading and developing continuously. So, there are important theory meaning and realistic meaning to study the technological development problem in industrial clusters. The content in this paper is mainly composed of several parts:In chapter one the research meaning of this paper is explained. The research on industrial clusters in home and abroad is summarized. On basis of this, we summarize the deficiency of the current research on technological development in industrial clusters and put forward the thinking, the main content and research innovation in this paper.In chapter two, the research method and tool—Cellular Automata is introduced briefly. The advantage of using the Cellular Automata to research technological development in industrial clusters is pointed out.In chapter three, the motive force mechanism of technological development in industrial cluster is researched. The influential factors of the motive force to the micro enterprise's technological development in industrial cluster are analyzed and simulated. Through the analysis and simulation, the key influential factor of perfecting the motive force mechanism of technological development in industrial clusters is find out.
