Study On Rights And Interests' Guarantee Of Farmers Lost Land

With the fast promotions of gradual completion on the socialist market economy system and urbanization, farmland is being collected constantly and changed into construction land, thus produced a large number of farmers lost land. But the current land expropriation system which started on planned economy of period display great adaptability day by day, it ignored the farmers legitimate rights and interests seriously, and made the contradiction deepened day by day, even jeopardized the social stability. Therefore, how to guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of farmers lost land conscientiously, not only concerns rural social stability and well-off society, but also is very important to realize urban and rural development as a whole and construct harmonious new countryside.This paper is to take the guarantee function of land in different period for the breakthrough point, and choose Y city Q district as main target, adopt questionnaire form to investigate 112 peasant households. Then it analyzes the embodiment and reasons for farmers' rights and interests' damaged during current land expropriation, uses Logit model to analyze farmers' will in land expropriation and find out the main influence factors. In order to ensure farmers' living standard not being reduced even improving, it puts forward suggestions to construct long-efficiency mechanism that farmers' rights and interests in land expropriation are guaranteed, such as reconstructing compensation standards, setting up farmland development rights, establishing social insurance system and so on.
