The legitimacy of the method in using information economics to analyze the rural land circulation market lies in the hypothesis that farmers or agricultural collective economic organizations or intermediary organizations should be seen as economic persons, This essentially reveals the relationships among farmers, collective economic organizations and contractors in the rural land transfer process, Therefore, the systematic study of the rural land market circulation commissioned agent relations is of great significance to the promotion of the normal operation of the rural land circulation market.From the theoretical and practical needs of China's economic reform and development, on the research base of China's rural land circulation market this thesis uses the modern principal--agent relation theory to analyze the relationships among farmers,collective economic organizations and contractors in the rural land circulation farmers market, revealing the agricultural land market problems and putting forward the design of the inspiring and restriction mechanism to settle them to promote the normal operation of the agricultural land circulation market.Through analysis and reached the following basic conclusions:(1) In the rural land transfer market, contractors sign the relevant contracts of land circulation, exerting some or all rights instead of farmers, And they are affected by fanners through the contracts and the rural collective economic organizations or villagers committees through land ownership, which is the principal--agent relationship.
