Study On Vegetable Dealing Of Supermarket In Chengdu

Supermarket, one of new style retail industries, is appeared in China in the early 1990s and boomed since then. Nowadays, supermarkets are dealing with vegetables which has profound influence to vegetable supply chain and change the whole farm produce market a certain extent. Through vegetable supply chain conformity, supermarkets can provide consumers with high quality and security vegetables which have significance for living standard of people and reform of vegetable circulating system.This research tries to find out rules of vegetable dealing of supermarket in Chengdu and provide consults to both supermarket and government through exploring the status, supply chain and consumer needs of vegetable dealing of supermarket.After brief introduction, this study analyses the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of vegetable dealing of supermarket in Chengdu with SWOT analyzing pattern. Vegetable circulation channel has been analyzed by using supply chain management theory.
