During the course of global economy , the competition are stronger and stronger between the enterprise , especially after entering the WTO, our company's pressure are larger and larger .They have to improve their productional ability ,innovatory ability and administrative ability for the purpose of survival . Our intent is to find out some approach for improving the managerial level .We analyse the interplay of finance and marketing ,the coalition in the financial objective .At the same time, we go into the model of their combination and interpose some advice.We use the combination of history and modern , graphic and qualitative analysis , macroscopic and microscopic dissection . We want to break through the existing method of finance and marketing . As a result , we get the answer that it can increase enterprise's valuableness and improve its administrative ability through the combination of finance and marketing.
