The Study On Equipment Management Of Bohai Aluminum Industries, LTD.

In the wave of economic globalization, China's aluminum manufacturing circle is facing the severe challenge. For this reason, many of national aluminum manufacturing enterprises have introduced advanced equipment and technology for aluminum manufacturing in an effort to catch up with developed countries in the same field. The subject target this essay studies , Bohai Aluminum Industries Ltd(hereinafter referred to as BAIL), has imported, and is importing various advanced rolling equipment and the relevant finishing equipment, including Hot Rolling Mill, Caster Lines, Cold Rolling Mill and Foil Rolling Mills. In order to ensure that the advanced equipment are capable of fully playing their performance, and to accomplish the maximum economic benefit for the enterprise , the work must be done which consequently puts forward an important question of how to study and perfect the equipment management of enterprise, and of how to continuously improve the skills in equipment management and maintenance. This is the reason for me to make the theme as essay of my master degree which the study on equipment management of Bohai Aluminum Industries, Ltd.The essay consists of six chapters.Chapter 1: Introduce the basis for selecting the theme, the method of study and the overall train of thought in view of study of BAIL equipment management.Chapter 2: Briefly introduce BAIL, ranging from BAIL's corporate nature, scale, production and management, to its corporate culture and prospects in development. In addition, the major products of BAIL and its external business competition are described here.Chapter 3: Outline the principle of equipment management. First, it elaborates the stages of formation and development of both international and domestic equipment management, as well as the content of general equipment management. Second, it carries out the study of several typical modes of equipment management, such as the mode of centering on reliability and internal&external contracting. Finally, it makes an analysis of check-up index for equipment management, and of computerization of equipment management.Chapter 4: Study and analyze the current condition of Bail's equipment...
