Research On Synergetic Mechanism Of The Fourth Party Logistics

With the development of information technology ,rapidly changed competitive environment and economic globalization , a new logistics way --The fourth party logistics(4PL) comes into being at the historic moment in order to meet the complicated requirement for the logistics of enterprises. The 4PLs get more and more attention because of its excellent management ability to supply chain and integration capacity to resources. The 4PLs is not a single enterprise but a enterprise group aggregated by a lot of relative enterprise, in which enterprises cooperate each other and each member's enterprise supplements others as for the function, in form. Thus the ecosystem of 4PL as an enterprise comes into being gradually. This paper study the synergetic mechanism among the members of 4PL, which will be a reference to the creating and operation of 4PL.Concretely, this paper involves as follows and educes corresponding results.Firstly, this paper has reviewed the theory of synergetic. We have laid the foundation for the research of the paper by narrating the principal and research technique of 4PL`s synergetic mechanism.Secondly, this paper completely researches the definition, and discusses the reason which the 4PL comes into being, essential features, operation modes, members, and the term to be 4PL. On this basis, we summarize the essence of the4PL. 4PL is a enterprises group with a lot of enterprises which have different comparative advantages and the leader's enterprise of 4PL set up and play a leading role of the operation. It arranges their role among 4PL according to the enterprise association that each side's complementarities are constructed.Thirdly, this paper studies the trust mechanism which is prerequisite for 4PLs`operation. We discuss 4PLs trust mechanism from participates` angle by how much degree they are controlled by the leader enterprise.Fourth, this paper studies the synergetic mechanism among the members of 4PL by analyzing the key factor between them and discussing the stability of such kinds of synergetic.Fifth, this paper studies the decisive factor of integrated course of 4PL in term of studying systematically, and proposed one to model distributed in synergetic with the result.Sixth, this paper studies the reasons for integrated course of 4PL and the principal of selecting members of 4PL.
