At the same time, it is very important to post-evaluate of the new product development due to its long period, large investment and high risks.The paper, based on the research of the character of new automobile product, process of manufacture and development flow, build post evaluation system of automobile NDP, design management system and work flow.Firstly, it was analysed that importance of new product development, especially importance of post evaluation of new product development and actuality of post evaluation both at home and abroad. Based on this, the purpose and content of the paper are presented.Secondly, the paper focuses on the flow of the development of automobile new product development, and compares the purpose and content of front-term, medium-term and post evaluation, and clarifies the location of post evaluation and affection in the new product process. According to the new product development evaluation, the paper presents the new product evaluation 3D models. On this basis, Comprehensive evaluation in the new product development evaluation system is an important means, so the paper highlighted the new product after comprehensive evaluation model.Thirdly, post evaluation target and conceive principle were analysed. Post evaluation system was established in terms of business, consumer, social and environmental view, and economic analysis, product competitiveness, social and environmental impact of three parts were explained.
