This thesis discussed the development strategy of BeiJing Telesense Inter-tech co.,Ltd, by using several management theories. The target of the Company is provide customers with all-round value added telecommunication service, the field has been growing at a high speed, but, at the same times, there are risks from policys and technologies. So it is important to establish the development strategy. From the process,we can know well the industry environment,forcast the trend of development, we can learn how to making full use of advantages and enhancing core competences. This research discussed competitive environment of value added telecommunication service, analyzed it by using such methods as PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and so on. This research put forward integrate strategic projects, and divided it into three phases to achieve the goal. |
