The development of the enterprise strategic management of our country falls behind western developed countries greatly。 Especially, the strategy implement is the most complicated issue in strategy management. Therefore study in this issue can help our Chinese enterprises make progress in practice.Since the balanced scorecard came out in 1992, it has been used more and more extensively as a tool of the strategy management. Although there are successful applying cases in China, many cases of enterprises applying are failed. The intention of the thesis is to analyze the practical cases and then devise some advices helping to improve the rate of success accordingly. The thesis concludes 11 aspects of issues and 8 advices leading to successfully applying BSC in Chinese enterprises after analyzing several cases of applying BSC system in domestic corporations.The paper is divided into 5 chapters. Chapter one introduces the background, goal, method and process of the article. Chapter two reviews the study of the balanced scorecard actuality in domestic and overseas. Chapter three is a brief introduction of the content of the balanced scorecard, including the fundamentals and principles, the implementation steps, the advantages and disadvantages of the balanced scorecard. Chapter four summarizes the difficulties and obstacles by analyzing some typical cases of the implement of the balanced scorecard in our country.
