According to the principle and method of the modern compensation management, this paper analysis Hunan Kansai company mode completely and meticulously, on the bases of this, the author puts forward the complete solution.The content of this paper is divided into five chapters. Firstly, the author researches the compensation management theories and relative factors those affect the compensation strategy. Through learning the background of Hunan Kansai company and analyzing the inner and outer environment of it, the meaning of designing the solution on Hunan Kansai company's compensation mode, lack place of it. As a result of this, the author depends on the advanced view and the core technique of total compensation and strategic compensation, extensively draws lessons from the domestic and international enterprises, and have completed the operationable solution, which including the compensation level, the compensation structure designing, variable pays forms for different communities, allowance and reward planning. The author evaluates the effect of the solution at certain period .This paper is valuable reference for the middle scale and little scale joint venture to design their own compensation system according to enterprises development strategy goal and human resource plans.
