| The industrial cluster is a kind of spatial network organization, in which enterprises and relative departments engaging in the same or related industry compete and cooperate in certain region. In the world lots of successful clusters are developed by interaction between cluster and technology innovation, that is clusters develop by technology innovation, at the same time, they promote the formation of Technology Innovation System, which provide good "habitat" for technology innovation and improved the ability of cluster technology innovation. This article introduces cluster's advantage of technology innovation and formation mechanism firstly. And then analyzes factors and structure of Cluster Technology Innovation System, and expatiates its operation mode. As theoretical application, this article analyzes Cluster Technology Innovation System of Jinjiang's shoe industry, points out some problems in its' operation and puts forward relative measures on the basis of investigation. |
