Talent Selection, deployment and development is the major work of human resources department of any enterprise. Doing a good job in people recruitment and improve hiring accuracy and effectiveness is the key of company success. Interviews continue to be the most widely used selection device, although studies have generally found interviews to have low reliability and validity and to be subject to various biases. What may influence the employment interview in decision making and which psychological variables and factors produce direct and indirect effects during the process and on the final decision? A lot of foreign psychologists spent many years time investigating in the research and analysis on these all kinds of variables and factors, but most of them use university students as objects and paper-people paradigm/artificial situations as research studies. This may lead to the questionable results and not match with expected studies. Actual interviews and experienced interviewers were used in this paper's studies and Psychology knowledge in Decision making was integrated to have the analysis on influencing factors. Personal characteristics and timing factors were particularly investigated to final employment decision. I hope I can begin the relevant study in this area and wish more investigation and studies on this area, which will bring more value to business interview employment and apply psychology theory to real business practice.There are three parts in this paper. In the first part reviewed the studies about interview employment origin, progress and detailed on employment decision that indicate hiring decision becomes the key of employment research. In which, interviewer, applicant and situation variables are the major factors influence employment interview and interview outcome.There are three specific studies in the second part. One is the major interviewer factors which influence business employment decision. It shows that the interviewer's personal characteristics influence the means and timing of hiring decision making. The second is what were influenced by the applicant personal characteristics. It shows that different personal characteristics predict directly or indirectly to employability and hirability. The third investigated timing's influence to employment decision. It shows that majority of the hiring decision is done after interview process and negative results are quicker than positive results.In the last part, the whole study is reviewed and the main production and applied meaning are pointed out.
