The Study Of Performance Evaluation Under ERP Environment

In modern era, the trend of global economic development and globalization has been increasingly intensive. In order to maintain competitive advantages, corporations all over the world are always adopt the method of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP) to improve operation efficiency. As a new management model as well as management tool, ERP has reached uniform recognition in academic world as well as business world, and has been so widely used in various industries that many corporations can not carry on their business normally without the support of ERP system.The aspect that most concerned by corporations which have adopted ERP is that what are the influences and economic benefits ERP will bring to these corporations. Therefore, the evaluation system of ERP system has become one of the most necessary yet difficult problems in business world.Many researchers have been used diverse methods to evaluate ERP. For example, United States Manufacture and Inventory Management Association (MIMA) proposed ABCD assessment method pointed to evaluate application standard of ERP system. Currently, No authoritative, systematic, comprehensive and applicable to systems and methods actual required. For this reason, in analyzing the application environment of ERP, this thesis identifies and studies thoroughly the main factors that contribute to ERP evaluation systems of enterprises. To explain, this thesis explores these factors in following five aspects:In the first part, reviewing the development of domestic enterprise performance evaluation system, this part summarizes the evolvement pattern of these performance evaluation systems in theory.
