Since 1990's, the concept of supply chain management has attracted extensive concern and been put into practice all over the world, which embodies enterprises' adaptable capability under the circumstances of economic globalization, integration of market and diversification of users' demand.The concept of supply chain management emphasizes on the importance of establishing strategically co-operative partnership. Effective co-operative partnership is great impetus for enterprises to optimize the layout of resources, to improve service and to increase earnings. The contract of supply chain can guarantee the practicability of the partnership in supply chain co-operation, which is an effective and necessary complement to the co-operation of supply chain.DF Company is one of large-sized manufacturing company, which mainly produces instruments and sensors used in automobiles, its traditional pricing decision has faced many challenges in practice and can't adapt to the competition in market more and more.
