This paper regards Hainan Natural rubber industry as the research object, and uses the related theory framework of industry economics to make empirical analysis from cross section and time sequence angle. For the more, this article considers the structure configuration, industry organization condition and industry important degree of Hainan Natural rubber industry. Then reveals the conditions and problems of the economic development of Natural rubber industry. At last, the paper puts forward suggestions for this industry's improvement and development, which conduct the development of china's Natural rubber industry.The paper includes four sects, and the structure of this paper as follows:The first sect is introduction.
