Research On The Contract Of Information Sharing In The Supply Chain

Supply chain management refers to three aspects :material flow, capital flow and information flow.The information flow managemet is the core controller of SCM and material flow management and capital flow management run around the information flow management.Rapid and smooth information flow among supply chain enterprises,i.e.,fully information sharing,can efficiently conduct the operation of material flow and capital flow and then improve the overall benefit of the supply chain. So,Careful study on the information sharing in supply chains is necessary to improve the SCM efficiency in our country.This paper introduce the concept of the supply chain and supply chain management, on this basis the importantce of information sharing is point ed out . therefore,the problem of information sharing among the partners in the supplu chain is tried to be studied for the practice of it.This paper bring out three supply chain contractxontinuous quantity discount contract,buyback contract and incentive or condemnatory contract. this paper show that these three contract can reach to perfect corrdination of supply chain.Finally the above conclusion is interpreted and a simulateion with an example is given.
