| To solve the problems of coordination and optimization in supply chain management, combined order quantity and pricing strategy is discussed in this paper. With the use of the optimization, discount pricing and game theory, the income of the whole supply chain is improved.Firstly, the main theories of the supply chain are summarized, including the research background, the structure, the significance and the further development. Then the importance of the combined research of quantity and pricing strategy is put forward, and the quantity and pricing problems are analyzed separately.Secondly, the combined order quantity and pricing strategy problems under certain demand are discussed, and the combined decision is analyzed both in the linear and the elastical conditions. At the same time, the discount pricing method is used in the condition of perfect information. Both the supplier and the retailer get much more profit in combined condition than separate condition, and the most important is that the profit of the whole supply chain is increased.Finally, the problems in stochastic demand environment are discussed. On one side, we analyze the cost and the profit in the condition of perfect information, find the best point of quantity and price with the use of the discount pricing, and get the balance of the supply chain. On the other side, the problems with the asymmetric information are discussed, and series of quantity-price bills are made under the participation constraint and the incentive compatibility constraint with the use of the theory of the principal-agent and the optimal control, which helps the retailer to choose the best strategy that can make the system optimal. |
