Performance management is a difficult problem in enterprise' s management.This text describes the relevant theories and uses about the performance management, A great deal of enterprises in our country don't set up scientific performance management system which is suit of national and enterprise conditions.So the domestic theory circle and enterprise pay close attention to set up effective performance management system.This thesis is based on lastest perfonnance management theories , takes the case studied as a basis, along the thought, putting forward the problem, what, why, how to do, studies and proposers the more perfect performance management system ofperformance management in interprise of leather.The thesis interoduces the research overview at home and abroad about performance management theory, method and using; analyses and summarizes the problem in performance management in enterprise of our country at present, the reason why exising problem, and puts forward the rational and effective solution further; compares and analyses the four kinds of comparatively advanced performance management, which takes the theory of management by objectives as a basic frame, draws lessons from the thought of key performance indicators and 360-degrees feedback at the same time, and describes this model' s construction thought, elaboration procedure and the function theoretically; and carries on research of The Analytic Hierarchy Proess, The Conjunction matrix, The Blurry Synthesize Estimate on performance management of determine the nature and fixed quantity .carries on the positive on the comprehensive model of performance management to the concrete case of HongQingTlng trade Co., LTD.
