Customer relationship management aims to establish a long lasting positive relationship between organization and customer. Customer oriented is the ultimate aim of electric information company, thereby; CRM (the abbreviated form of Customer Relationship Management) is the vital task for electric information industry.This research is aimed to bring forward a CRM idea in DL Company and analysis many internal or external researches about CRM which links current situation, and conforms to the competition of markets.For one thing I present some correlative theoretic about customer relationship management and analysis current situations in electric industry, implementation environment in DL. Depending on these I advance implementation conception of DL Company and put forward aim and principia of CRM. And then I establish CRM database and do thorough researches about the requirement and flow of any subsystem. I set up a new flow of customer relationship management and bring forward solution to implementation of flow accordingly.At last, this dissertation put forward some key factors to ensure succeed in carry out CRM and prospect in the further research.
