Research On The Equilibrium Relationship Of The Firm, Industry In The Economic Change

On basis of past and present theory of the firm, markets and industry, this paper studies the property-rights structure evolutionary ship in the inner and inter of the firm, markets and industry. This evolutionary ship, moreover, influences the type, structure and so on. Because of the high relationship on the firm, markets and industry, the paper also analyzes their boundary problem, or from the dynamic evolutionary prospect, the stability, uniqueness and option of equilibrium. So, by the property-rights theory in the New Institution Economics, we solve the long-time problem about the relationship of the firm and markets. On basis of these, this paper gives some suggest and new methods, prospect about the ownership structure reform in the economic change in China.
